Learn the basics of pyrotechnics in an intense 3 hour workshop. This introductory class in pyrotechnic effects will familiarize you with firing circuits, detonating methods, pryo compositions, liquid, gas and powder based fireballs and squibs. With your licensed instructor, you'll fire off five movie explosions, and you'll never look at movies the same way. CAUTION: This may be addictive. Course Fee: $150 per student.
FIVE DAY PYROTECHNICS COURSE
If you love the sight of a fireball, and are thinking you might like to work in the pyrotechnics industry, this is a unique oportunity to gain knowledge and experience in this field. This course, taught by a licensed pyrotechnican, covers safety, planning, licensing, materials, techniques, and prepares you for cerification as a licensed pyrotechnician. This course is a prerequisite for a pyro internship at Wolf Stuntworks and our fireworks division. Course Fee: $1050 per student.
TWO DAY CERTIFICATION PREPARATION COURSE
After you've gained knowledge and hands-on experience in our 5 day course, you'll likely want to get your pryo licenses. This license will allow you to lead a pyro crew in the state of Texas. The certification class is not a hands on class, it is an exam preparation class to prepare you take the pyro test for your Federal and State Licenses. Course Fee: $250 per student.
